STEP 02

Configure Organization Legal Profile & 80G Info

Log in to your Admin Dashboard at https://yoursubdomain.portalwale.com/auth/login and navigate to System & Settings → Site Settings (or /admin/site-config).

Registration IDs

Enter your Trust Act / Societies Registration Number, NITI Aayog NGO Darpan Unique ID, and Trust PAN number.

12A & 80G Tax Exemption

Enter Income Tax 12A / 80G Unique Registration Number (URN) and date of order. This prints automatically on every donor receipt.

Upload your official Logo (PNG transparent) and Favicon. Update your official Trust registered address, telephone numbers, and inquiry email.

STEP 03

Choose Your Design Theme & Brand Colors

STEP 04

Connect Bank Account & BYOK Payment Gateways

Go to /admin/bank and enter Trust Account Name, Account Number, IFSC, and upload your official Trust UPI QR Code image.

Razorpay Gateway

Go to /admin/payment-settings, click Razorpay, and enter your Key ID and Key Secret from your Razorpay Dashboard.

PhonePe Gateway

Enter your PhonePe Merchant ID, Salt Key, and Salt Index for zero-failure UPI payments.

STEP 05

Configure 80G Receipts & Member ID Cards

Go to Certificates & Letters → Template Management (or /admin/templates).

Upload Authorized Signatory: Upload a transparent PNG of the President/General Secretary signature.
Upload Official Trust Seal: Upload a high-resolution PNG of your official organization rubber stamp.
Customize Member ID Card: Choose between modern horizontal or classic vertical ID card layouts.
Test 80G Receipt: Generate a sample receipt to verify your logo, 80G registration number, and digital signature positioning.

STEP 06

Map Custom Domain & Automated Free SSL

Want your site on www.yourorganization.org instead of a subdomain? You can map your custom domain in 2 steps:

1. Add DNS Records at your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare):

Type: A | Host: @ | Points to: 77.37.54.103 Type: CNAME | Host: www | Points to: portalwale.com

2. Enter your domain in your Admin Dashboard:

Go to Online Store & Design → Domains & SSL (/admin/domain-settings). Type your domain name (e.g. yourorganization.org) and click Verify & Connect Domain. Automated SSL is activated instantly.

STEP 07

Publish Causes, Leadership & Launch

Before sharing your website link with trustees and donors:

Fundraising Causes: Create at least 1 campaign with a target amount, clear cause description, and compelling photo (/admin/campaigns).
Leadership Desk: Add President and Trustee profiles with photos and quotes (/admin/team).
Perform a Test Donation: Use test mode or a ₹10 test contribution to ensure the payment gateway completes and the 80G receipt downloads.
Test Member QR Verification: Scan any member ID card QR code or visit /verify-member to see the public verification portal live.
