We build and license digital websites, administrative CMS portals, and member data software for registered non-profit organizations, trusts, and societies.

Portalwale does not solicit, collect, accept, or hold charitable donations from the public. All transactions processed on portalwale.com are strictly for commercial software subscriptions, custom domain configuration, web hosting, and technical setup services invoiced in Indian Rupees (INR).
By visiting our website, subscribing to a software plan, or issuing a purchase order for Portalwale services, you (the "Client", "Customer", or "Organization") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a Trust, Society, Non-Profit Organization, Section 8 Company, or Business Enterprise, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
Portalwale provides a cloud-hosted software and web development package for organizational management. Key deliverables depending on the chosen tier include:
Service Level Agreement (SLA): Software provisioning and baseline website deployment are executed digitally within 24 to 48 business hours following receipt of full plan payment and verified organization onboarding assets.
All prices quoted on portalwale.com/pricing are denominated strictly in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹). Pricing tiers are structured as follows:
Payments are securely accepted via authorized payment gateways (including Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards). Portalwale does not store sensitive cardholder details or net banking credentials.
The Client warrants that all organizational information, registration certificates (Society, Trust, NGO Darpan, 12A/80G, PAN), photos, and notices uploaded to the deployed website are genuine, lawful, and accurate.
The Client shall not use the software to publish defamatory content, engage in financial fraudulent activities, transmit malicious code, or violate the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any applicable Indian statutory regulations.
Where a Client integrates their own merchant payment gateway (such as their own Razorpay, PhonePe, or bank UPI QR code) on their provisioned website, the Client is exclusively responsible for complying with the terms and verification guidelines of their respective payment service provider.
Portalwale charges 0% commission on transactions routed through the Client’s own gateway and plays no role in holding, settling, mediating, or arbitrating disputes regarding transactions between the Client and its members or donors.
The core software engine, underlying code, templates, layouts, UI components, and logos of Portalwale remain the intellectual property of Online Growth Hub. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize the deployed portal during their active subscription term. The Client retains 100% ownership of all proprietary content, organizational logos, and member data uploaded to the portal.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes, differences, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with the services provided by Portalwale or Online Growth Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of law located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
