When severe cyclones, earthquakes, tsunamis, or floods knock down cellular towers, fiber lines, and power grids, licensed HAM radio operators bridge critical emergency communication between field incident commanders, disaster response forces, and medical relief shelters.

Solar Emergency Repeaters
Funding off-grid, solar-powered VHF/UHF repeater installations in disaster-prone remote corridors.
Rapid Go-Box Stations
Development of portable, deployable emergency radio communication kits for disaster response taskforces.
ASOC Examination Training
Subsidies and coaching for students and youth appearing for Ministry of Communications ASOC licensing exams.
